The coating of API 5L L360M or X52M PSL2 concrete weight coated pipe or CWC pipe consists of cement, water, aggregates and reinforcement materials, which are mixed in a mixer according to a specific proportion to form a special concrete, which is sprayed on the outside of API 5L L360M or X52M PSL2 steel pipe after external anti-corrosion treatment by spraying or extrusion spraying device, forming a concrete coating with a certain thickness together with the reinforced steel mesh, so as to increase the weight of API 5L L360M or X52M PSL2 steel pipe to overcome the buoyancy of the sea or water to the pipeline.
