3LPE anticorrosive steel pipe, 3LPE coating pipeline

When transporting crude oil, natural gas or product oil for a long distance, it is usually necessary to bury the pipeline underground. When steel pipes or pipe fittings are in contact with soil and water, the external anti-corrosion performance must be considered to ensure the long service life of the pipes.

Three layers of polyethylene (3PE / 3LPE) coating can solve this problem perfectly. 3LPE consists of a high-performance fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) layer, a bonding layer and a high-density polyethylene outer layer. The three-layer coating has excellent wear resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and cathode stripping properties.

3LPE anticorrosive steel pipe, 3LPE coating pipeline consists of three layers of pipeline coating.
1)The first layer (FBE > 100um) consists of fusion bonded epoxy resin. This layer can prevent corrosion and melt with the surface of sand blasting steel.
2)The second layer (170-250um) is a copolymer adhesive, which has excellent chemical adhesion to the inner layer and the top layer of polyethylene.
3)The third layer (2.5-3.7mm) is polyethylene layer, which is used to prevent the pipeline from any physical damage.
The three layers are firmly combined with the steel pipe to form an excellent anti-corrosion coating. The available pipe diameter range is 25Φ〜2420Φ.
