API 5L Grade X70 PSL2 pipes have much stricter protocols to be followed than X70 PSL1 pipes, because these pipes are designed with the intension of serving high pressured applications and hence they are required to be more durable as opposed to PSL 1. The required minimum yield strength for API 5L PSL2 X70MO (L485) line pipe is 70,300psi or 485MPa while the minimum tensile strength is around 82,700 psi or 570MPa.
